KELTROL CG-BT

KELTROL CG-BT is a transparent xanthan gum product designed specifically for use in applications where complete hydration in high salt systems is required. KELTROL CG-BT provides benefits such as transparent solutions, pseudoplastic rheology profile, relatively little viscosity change over a wide temperature range, stability over a wide pH range, compatibility with high concentrations of salts and surfactants, and can fully hydrate in high salt systems. KELTROL CG-BT eliminates problems with incomplete gum hydration in high salt systems and will hydrate faster than standard grades in low salt systems. It provides more flexibility with respect to order of addition and acid/salt tolerance. KELTROL CG-BT is ideal for use in formulations where high clarity is desired and enhances the stability of emulsions and suspensions. It controls flow during and after application to the skin and provides a light, silky feel.
