BYK-3750

BYK 3750 is a silicone-containing surface additive that provides medium reduction in surface tension and medium increase in surface slip for solvent-borne systems. BYK 3750 improves leveling, gloss and prevents formation of imperfections during drying. It enhances substrate wetting and anti-blocking properties. BYK 3750 is broadly compatible and can be added during any stage of production at recommended levels of 0.1-0.3% based on total formulation. Unlike silicone oils, BYK 3750 is very easy to incorporate and determine effectiveness through testing to ensure it does not interfere with other properties. BYK 3750 helps deliver smooth finish, durability and quality in solvent-borne coatings and treatments.
