CERAFLOUR 970 is a micronized polypropylene-based wax additive that is used to improve properties in certain advanced material coating systems. As a micropowder, CERAFLOUR 970 can be easily incorporated into formulations. It reduces gloss and provides anti-slip effects at higher levels, benefiting certain advanced material coatings by improving characteristics like adhesion, moisture protection, and surface finish. CERAFLOUR 970 is recommended for use in powder coatings and solvent-borne coatings for applications like polyesters, epoxies, and other advanced material polymer systems. Only small amounts between 0.5-5% are needed to achieve the performance benefits.
