BYK-UV 3510

BYK UV 3510 is a silicone-containing surface additive used for radiation-curable overprint varnishes. BYK UV 3510 improves leveling and substrate wetting at small dosages, which is beneficial for high-speed coating processes in advanced material manufacturing. As a polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane, BYK UV 3510 accumulates on coating surfaces. It provides highly transparent coatings while enhancing properties like leveling and substrate wetting.
