DL-ALPHA-TOCOPHEROL

DL-alpha tocopherol (Tocopherol) protects formulation against oxidation. It acts as a powerful synergist when used together with ascorbyl palmitate. dl-α-Tocopherol is a practically odourless, clear, colourless to yellowish brown viscous oil. It is insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, miscible with chloroform, acetone, ether, and vegetable oils.
