BYK-3568

BYK 3568 is a surface-active additive that provides a medium reduction in surface tension and increases surface energy and slip. It ensures good substrate wetting and anti-cratering properties in solvent-borne systems. BYK 3568 has been developed for solvent-borne, 100% solids and UV systems. It can positively affect the wetting and adhesion of subsequent layers. BYK 3568 is recommended for applications where good leveling, surface properties and intercoat adhesion is required. It can be added at any stage of manufacture as long as homogeneous incorporation is ensured.
