BYK-051 N

BYK 051N is a silicone-free defoamer on polymer-basis that provides excellent compatibility with solvent-borne systems used in the Advanced Materials industry. BYK 051N offers superior defoaming properties and is particularly effective in polar solvent-borne formulations commonly used. Due to its excellent compatibility, BYK 051N ensures transparency of clear coats is maintained and prevents crater formation even at higher dosage levels in sensitive Advanced Materials formulations. BYK 051N is the recommended defoamer for solvent-borne coatings where transparency and bubble-free surface finish are critical quality parameters.
