BYKJET-9152

BYKJET 9152 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive used for dispersing and stabilizing organic pigments and carbon blacks. BYKJET 9152 improves the optical properties of pigment-based inks through its highly deflocculating effect using steric hindrance to prevent reflocculation of pigments. This improves color strength, gloss, reduces haze and improves transparency. Viscosity of pigment concentrates and finished inks is reduced while preventing thixotropy. Even particle size distribution is produced in pigment dispersions, significantly reducing filtration time. BYKJET 9152 can be used in all types of aqueous, solvent-borne, and UV-curable inks. It stabilizes most pigments commonly used in advanced material product inks. BYKJET 9152 is recommended for use in aqueous inks, strong solvent inks, and UV-curable inks for advanced material product inks.
