MAXAPAL GO4 L is specifically designed for food applications in the food industry. It provides 4000 SRU//g of standardised activity. MAXAPAL GO4 L helps improve quality and shelf life in certain food applications by reducing D-glucose levels through its glucose oxidase enzyme. It complies with regulatory standards for a food-grade enzyme and is suitable for vegan and vegetarian applications. MAXAPAL GO4 L is supplied as a yellow-green liquid with typical values of 54% enzyme solution and 46% glycerol. It has a recommended storage temperature of 4-8°C with a 18 month shelf life when stored properly.
