BYK-A 555

BYK-A 555 is a silicone-free polymer-based air release additive suitable for all types of unsaturated polyester resins and processing methods. Particularly suitable for pultrusion applications with acrylic, unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins. BYK-A 555 displays the highest efficiency in deaerating virtually all unsaturated polyester resins in all processing methods. It prevents air entrapment during the manufacture and application of composite systems based on acrylates, unsaturated polyesters or vinyl ester resins. BYK-A 555 helps provide a uniform material structure without defects and ensures mechanical and chemical resistance for high-performance composite applications.
