BYK-352

BYK 352 is a polyacrylate-based surface additive that functions as a standard leveling agent with air release properties. BYK 352 increases gloss and provides a long wave effect. It reduces surface tension only slightly and does not impair recoatability or intercoat adhesion. BYK 352 also has a degassing effect and is thermostable. These properties make BYK 352 well-suited for solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems in industries that require smooth, even finishes with good flow and leveling. BYK 352 can be added during any stage of the production process to deliver anti-cratering and a more uniform appearance. Testing has shown BYK 352 to be an effective additive for optimizing surface properties at recommended loading levels.
