TOLERASE G

TOLERASE G is a micro granulated food enzyme preparation containing prolyl oligopeptidase and maltodextrin. TOLERASE G maintains its declared activity for at least 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored in the unopened original container and at a temperature below 15°C. TOLERASE G is intended for use as ingredient or digestive aid in food applications, beverages or food supplements intended for consumption together with foods, which may contain gluten. TOLERASE G helps break down gluten peptides into smaller peptides and amino acids, reducing immunoreactivity making it beneficial for certain pharmaceutical applications.
