CERACOL 83

CERACOL 83 is a wax dispersion additive that improves transfer properties of solvent-borne formulations. CERACOL 83 contains a Fischer-Tropsch wax dispersion in isopropanol carrier with a non-volatile content of 20% and melting point of 105°C. It has a particle size distribution of D50: 2.5 μm and D90: 6 μm. CERACOL 83 provides benefits like improved thermal transfer, printing sharpness and rub resistance in solvent-borne formulations. It can be used at 70-80% level in release layers and 20-30% level in pigmented layers of applications. CERACOL 83 enhances performance properties and extends durability of finished products.
