BYK-1798

BYK 1798 is a modified polysiloxane copolymer solution that acts as an effective silicone defoamer. BYK 1798 helps eliminate bubbles and foam in water-borne and radiation-curing formulations. As a result, it improves the quality and appearance of coatings. BYK 1798 is especially suitable for amine-neutralized aqueous systems that are used for air drying and curing of metal, wood and paper substrates. It provides a smooth, uniform finish without defects from air entrapment.
