DISPERBYK-110

DISPERBYK-110 is a wetting and dispersing additive that stabilizes inorganic pigments, in particular titanium dioxide. It provides strong reduction of millbase viscosity. DISPERBYK-110 deflocculates pigments through steric stabilization, resulting in small particle sizes. This leads to high levels of gloss, improved color strength, increased transparency and hiding power. Viscosity is also reduced, improving flow characteristics and allowing for higher pigment loading. For products applied using electrostatic high rotation equipment, it significantly reduces haze. Its benefits include deflocculating pigments for small particle sizes, high gloss, strong color, good transparency, effective hiding, reduced viscosity and flow, ability to use more pigment, and lower haze for technical applications.
