CERAFAK 117

CERAFAK 117 is a modified Fischer-Tropsch wax dispersion that improves water repellency in solvent-borne formulations. CERAFAK 117 contains non-volatile matter of 25% and has a melting point of 110°C. It has a particle size of 50 um and viscosity of 60 mPa.s at 23°C. CERAFAK 117 enhances anti-blocking properties, improves water resistance and reduces dirt pickup in applications. As a additive, CERAFAK 117 is highly recommended to be used at 2-6% in solvent-borne formulations, where it provides benefits such as increased durability and protection from environmental elements.
