BYK-358 N

BYK 358 N is a polyacrylate-based surface additive that improves leveling in solvent-borne systems and ambient curing plastic systems. BYK 358 N increases gloss and provides a long wave effect. It causes only a minor reduction in surface tension and does not negatively influence recoatability or intercoat adhesion. BYK 358 N does not cause turbidity in clear coats or haze in pigmented systems. It facilitates the acceptance of spray mist and dust while providing minor reduction of the surface tension. BYK 358 N is recommended for all ambient curing resin systems as an anti-cratering and leveling additive. It thermally stable and can be incorporated during any stage of the production process.
