PE SPIRAL WRAP 12MM - 100M

PE SPIRAL WRAP 12MM - 100M is a polyethylene spiral wrap tubing with an outer diameter of 12mm and inner diameter of 9mm available in 100 meter rolls. This polyethylene tubing is ideal for advanced composite manufacturing applications requiring vacuum assisted resin infusion processes. The polyethylene construction allows for excellent chemical resistance during resin infusion and curing cycles up to 90°C. The spiral wrap design of the tubing enables it to be wrapped around molds or tooling to create an effective vacuum seal during infusion. The flexibility and conformability of the PE SPIRAL WRAP 12MM - 100M makes it well-suited for complex composite part geometries. Its see-through properties allow for visual monitoring of the resin flow front. The low-cost 100m rolls provide sufficient tubing for most advanced material composite manufacturing projects.
