CERAFLOUR 916

CERAFLOUR 916 is a micronized, modified HDPE wax/polymer mixture that is used in solvent-borne and aqueous coating systems. CERAFLOUR 916 generates a uniform, easily reproducible structure effect with a medium to coarse surface texture. As a result, it is well-suited for applications in the advanced materials industry where controlled surface textures are required. The finely milled particle size distribution of CERAFLOUR 916 allows for precise control of surface properties. Its density of 0.99 g/cm3 and melting point of 135°C make it suitable for a variety of processing methods. CERAFLOUR 916 can be incorporated at low addition levels, typically 1-10% by weight, to achieve its benefits. Its unique composition provides benefits such as optimized surface properties and processability for advanced material applications.
